What he is talking about is to common sense: abandon the “grandeur and excelse ideas” that came with decades of blockbusters show, monumental architecture and star directors (exorbitant budgets and salaries) and focus in what each institution can and should be delivering for communities within a reasonable growing for a very long period of time: a sustainable situation absolutely needed nowadays.
